How to Use The Oracle Bot

1. Join Our Discord Server

Everything happens in Discord! If you're not already a member, click below to join our community. This is where you'll interact with the bot.

Once you're in the server, you're ready for the next step!

2. Choose Your Access Plan

The Oracle Bot uses credits for searches. You can get credits through a monthly membership (best value, includes credits) or by purchasing credit packs.

• Memberships: Offer recurring credits, higher search limits, and potentially other perks. Ideal for regular users.
• Credit Packs: One-time purchase of credits that don't expire. Good for trying the bot or occasional use.

You'll need an active membership or credits to perform UPC lookups and keyword searches.

3. Interact with the Bot (via DM)

Find 'The Oracle Bot' in the server's member list. Right-click (or tap-and-hold) and select 'Message'. This opens a private Direct Message (DM) chat.

Important: All commands MUST be sent within this private DM chat.

Start with these basic commands:

• !info - View instructions & check your account status/membership.
• !balance - Quickly see your current credit balance.

These commands are free to use anytime.

4. Start Finding Products

Use these commands in your DM with the bot to find products (these use credits):

• !upc [UPC_Code]
  Looks up a single product. Cost: 1 credit per found product.
• !upc [UPC1],[UPC2],...
  Looks up multiple UPCs. Cost: 1 credit per found product.
• !search [Keywords]
  Searches by name, brand, etc. Bot asks how many results to export. Cost: 1 credit per exported result.

Results for !upc and !search are delivered as a downloadable .csv file directly in your DM. Happy Sourcing!
