2. Information We Collect
We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via the Service includes:

- Account Information: When you connect your Discord account to our Service via OAuth, we receive your Discord User ID, Discord username, and email address associated with your Discord account. We use this to create and manage your Service account.
- Transaction Information: When you purchase a Membership or Credits, we collect information necessary to associate the purchase with your account, such as your Discord ID and details about the specific product purchased (e.g., tier, number of credits). This information may be passed as custom data to our payment processor.
- Communications: If you contact us directly (e.g., for support), we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.
- Form Submissions: Information you voluntarily submit through forms on our Website (e.g., for webhook simulation, if used).
- Information Received from Third Parties:
- Discord: We receive confirmation of your identity (User ID, username, email) from Discord when you authenticate.
- Payment Processors: When you make a purchase, our third-party payment processor provides us with transaction confirmation details, subscription status updates (for Memberships), and confirmation that payment was completed. They may also return custom data fields we initially sent them (like your Discord ID) to help us link the transaction to your account. We do not receive or store your full sensitive payment card details.

This may include your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and settings, device information, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, links clicked, dates and times of access, and other usage details.
- Bot Interaction Data: We may log interactions with The Oracle Bot, including commands used and associated credit consumption, primarily for service operation, billing accuracy, and improvement.
- Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Service and hold certain information. Please see Section 5 ("Cookies and Tracking Technologies") below for more details.
