This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are processed for purchases made for the Product Prodigy service ("Service"), including Memberships and Credit Packs accessed via our website (https://productprodigy.io) and associated Discord bot ("The Oracle Bot").
Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase. By making a purchase, you agree to this Refund Policy and our Terms of Service (available here).
2. General Policy
Due to the nature of our digital Service, which provides immediate access to features, data, and consumable digital credits upon purchase, our general policy is that all sales are final and non-refundable. We encourage users to carefully review subscription details and credit pack options before purchasing.
3. Memberships (Subscriptions)
- Recurring Charges: Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis in advance. Payments made for a monthly subscription period grant you access to the corresponding membership tier benefits and included credits for that entire billing cycle.
- Non-Refundable: Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged for a billing period, regardless of usage level during that period.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your Membership subscription at any time (as described in our Terms of Service). Cancellation will prevent future recurring charges but will not result in a pro-rata refund for the remainder of the current billing period. Your access to membership benefits will continue until the end of the already paid-for billing cycle.
- Initial Purchase Consideration: In rare circumstances, we may consider a refund for an initial (first-time) Membership subscription payment if requested within 48 hours of the transaction, provided that the Service associated with that subscription has not been substantially used (e.g., minimal or no credits consumed via The Oracle Bot). Such refunds are granted solely at our discretion and reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Credit Packs (One-Time Purchases)
- One-time purchases of Credit Packs grant a specific number of digital credits delivered to your account for use with The Oracle Bot.
- Once Credit Packs are purchased and the credits are delivered to your account, the sale is considered final and non-refundable. Credits are digital consumables and cannot be returned.
5. Exceptions
Refunds will generally not be issued, except in the following limited circumstances, subject to verification:
- Legal Requirements: Where required by applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
- Billing Errors: If we determine that you were incorrectly charged due to a documented technical billing error originating from our system or a confirmed error by our third-party payment processor. You must report potential billing errors within 14 days of the transaction.
- Non-Delivery (Initial Subscription Only): If you paid for an initial Membership subscription but were unable to access the core Service features *at all* due to a verifiable, extended failure solely attributable to our platform immediately following your payment. This does not cover issues related to your own internet connection, Discord availability, or misunderstanding of how the Service works.
6. How to Request Refund Consideration
If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the narrow exceptions listed above (Section 5), please follow these steps:

- Your Discord Username and User ID associated with the Product Prodigy account.
- The email address associated with your account/purchase.
- Date and approximate time of the purchase.
- Amount of the purchase.
- Transaction ID (if available from your payment confirmation email/receipt).
- A clear explanation of why you believe you are entitled to a refund, referencing the specific exception criteria from Section 5.
- Any relevant supporting documentation (e.g., screenshots of errors).
- Review: We will review your request based on the information provided and the terms of this policy. We aim to respond to refund requests within [e.g., 5-7] business days. Submission of a request does not guarantee a refund. All refund decisions are made at our sole discretion, except where mandated by law.
7. Processing Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will typically be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase via our third-party payment processor. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on the policies of the payment processor and your financial institution.
